Instrumentation Plant Engineer

Basé(e) à Nakambala, Mazabuka, en Zambie, ce poste permanent à temps plein est une opportunité unique de contribuer à l'excellence opérationnelle de l'usine.
Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Ingénierie Électrique et Instrumentation, le/la candidat(e) retenu(e) aura pour mission de soutenir les opérations de l'usine en garantissant une instrumentation fiable et une gestion efficace du cycle de vie des systèmes de contrôle.
Vos responsabilités principales :
Maintenir la documentation relative à la maintenance, aux réparations, à l'historique des équipements et aux plannings d'instrumentation.
Optimiser les opérations de maintenance, la planification quotidienne du travail et l'allocation des ressources.
Veiller à ce que les opérations de maintenance majeures et les arrêts annuels soient réalisés dans les délais impartis.
Contribuer au plan d'investissement quinquennal et soutenir la performance et la communication de l'équipe.
Maintenir les environnements DCS sûrs, à température contrôlée et optimisés ; gérer les journaux de modifications et les droits d'utilisateur.
Protéger les systèmes PI Historian et DCS contre les logiciels malveillants et maintenir l'antivirus à jour.
Résoudre les problèmes des systèmes DCS et PI Historian et gérer leur cycle de vie matériel et logiciel.
Développer des programmes PCS7 DCS et PI Historian ; installer et administrer le matériel et les logiciels.
Effectuer la maintenance du système, les sauvegardes et les lectures de programme conformément aux normes ABF.
Régler les boucles de contrôle et maintenir à jour les schémas, manuels et documentation d'exploitation.
Collaborer avec les équipes d'optimisation, de maintenance et de processus pour résoudre les problèmes et promouvoir le travail d'équipe.

Diplôme complet de 12e année (Full Grade 12 Certificate).
Diplôme d'ingénieur en génie électrique.
Idéalement, 5 ans d'expérience en instrumentation industrielle, systèmes PCS7, alimentation électrique et maintenance contrôle-instrumentation.
Connaissance des systèmes ABF et SAP est un atout.
Expérience prouvée en maintenance et amélioration d'infrastructures de contrôle-instrumentation.
Expérience en gestion d'employés et d'entrepreneurs, ainsi que des connaissances en amélioration continue.
Les certificats doivent être vérifiés par ZAQA.
