Key Responsibilities:
Own delivery of team sales targets through strong leadership and performance management. Drive accountability and strengthen sales execution across the team. Build a resilient, motivated, high-performing sales culture that consistently delivers results. Set clear goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and develop team capability. Establish daily operating rhythms, huddles, pipeline reviews, and follow-up discipline. Track, analyse, and report sales performance while translating strategy into daily action. Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team daily, setting the energy and performance standard.
Profile:
Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Commerce, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 5 years' experience in sales leadership, such as Sales Manager, Regional/Area Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Agency Manager, Unit Manager, or equivalent. Banking or Insurance industry experience is strongly encouraged. Proven ability to lead, coach, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams. Demonstrated success in driving accountability, improving sales execution, and building resilient teams.
