FAWE Liberia implements programmes in partnership with government, communities, and development partners, including the Mastercard Foundation Second Chance Pathways Programme. Position summary FAWE Liberia seeks a careful, reliable Data Entry Clerks (3)/ firm to capture, verify, and maintain programme and beneficiary data. A core duty is to transfer information from paper application forms into the organisational database accurately and on time. The role supports scholarships, bursaries, TVET and tertiary pathways, and related programme records that inform reporting, safeguarding, and decision-making. Key duties and responsibilities Capture data from application forms, registration sheets, and related source documents into the approved database and spreadsheets, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Verify entries against original forms; correct errors, flag missing or inconsistent fields, and return incomplete records to the responsible officer. Maintain an organised filing system for hard-copy and scanned application forms, consent forms, and supporting documents. Generate simple extracts, lists, and counts to support programme, M&E, and finance teams. Observe data protection, confidentiality, and child/youth safeguarding rules when handling personal information. Back up assigned files according to FAWE Liberia ICT and records procedures. Support data-cleaning exercises, and physical file audits Assist with reception of application batches during call-for-application windows and log incoming forms. Qualifications and experience High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate or diploma in ICT, secretarial studies, records management, or a related field is an advantage. At least five (5) year of practical data-entry, records, or administrative experience (NGO, school, or office setting preferred). Proven speed and accuracy in keyboarding; working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Ability to work with databases or simple information systems; willingness to learn FAWE tools quickly. Strong attention to detail, neat handwriting for log sheets, and the discipline to check own work. Fluent in written and spoken English. Integrity and discretion when handling confidential applicant and beneficiary information.
