The MIS/IT Department (ASCENT) supports AGL’s 250 subsidiaries from hubs in Paris, Abidjan, Johannesburg, and Kigali, overseeing the optimization, management, and evolution of the Group’s digital infrastructure. In line with its innovation agenda, ASCENT inaugurated its first Innovation Center—YURI in Abidjan—a collaborative hub focused on digital transformation and partnerships with internal teams, technology providers, universities, and startups. Established in 2025, the Kigali Shared Service Center (KSSC), encompassing ASCENT KIGALI, is entering a pivotal phase of growth. To accelerate this expansion and enhance digital service delivery across the AGL network, we seek skilled professionals to join our forward-thinking team. ASCENT KIGALI serves as a critical pillar of AGL’s MIS operations, driving standardized service delivery, operational excellence, and seamless cross-site collaboration.
