Check all financial figures, postings, and documents to verify correct entry, mathematical precision, and appropriate coding. Maintain and organize all files, records, cash, and cash equivalents in strict accordance with established policies and procedures. Input, store, retrieve, and analyze financial data using computerized systems. Ensure electronic spreadsheets for financial and accounting data are kept accurate and up-to-date. Systematically categorize, code, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and maintain financial records, utilizing journals, ledgers, and/or computers. Generate, update, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables as required. Execute period-end closing procedures and compile the necessary reports. Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements in alignment with company protocols. Adhere to all company policies and procedures; maintain a neat, professional appearance; safeguard proprietary information; protect company assets; and ensure the privacy and security of guests and colleagues. Respond to guests’ service needs in a courteous, efficient, and timely manner. Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal interactions; draft and review documents with accuracy and thoroughness; and handle telephone and email correspondence with proper etiquette. Safely handle, move, lift, carry, push, pull, and position objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Cultivate and sustain positive working relationships; collaborate effectively with the team to achieve shared objectives; attentively listen to and address coworkers’ concerns. Perform additional reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors. Preferred Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Related Work Experience: Minimum of one year in a relevant role. Supervisory Experience: Not required. License or Certification: None required.
