Work Authorization IDinsight is committed to building a diverse global team and sponsors employment visas for all nationalities. However, the organization prioritizes candidates who are Zambian or Kenyan citizens or already possess legal right to work in Zambia or Kenya, as they do not require IDinsight to sponsor work authorization. Start Dates Start dates for Associates and Senior Associates hired during this hiring process will fall between September and November 2026, with mutually agreed-upon start dates based on candidate availability and preferences and IDinsight project needs. Compensation & Benefits Compensation and benefits are commensurate with the qualifications and experiences IDinsight is hiring for. IDinsight offers comprehensive international health insurance with mental health coverage, paid vacation, sick leave, parental leave, relocation benefits, a travel stipend, technology and work-from-home stipends, a professional development budget, and more. While we aim to be competitive within the global development sector, we are non-profit and are usually unable to meet compensation brackets similar to leading private sector organizations.

Expert Application Advice

When tailoring your CV for IDinsight, ensure your leadership experience directly addresses les compétences demandées dans l'annonce. Use specific, verifiable results—like project outcomes or team impact—to demonstrate you’ve done it before, not just claimed it.

Positioning — Your cover letter must answer one question: why YOU for THIS specific role right NOW? Avoid generic templates — one sentence on what you specifically bring beats three generic paragraphs.

Measurable achievements — At this level, back every skill with a precise example and a quantified result. Prepare 2-3 strategic questions about this organization's current challenges — candidates who anticipate difficulties are consistently rated higher.

  • Never pay any amount of money — for a file, a training, a uniform, or an interview. A real employer never asks the candidate to pay.
  • Never send a photo of your ID card, passport, or banking details before you have physically verified the employer exists.
  • Always meet in a public place, during the day — never an isolated address, a private home, or a location you cannot verify in advance.
  • Tell a relative or friend exactly where you are going, with whom, and at what time — and share your live location if possible.
  • Search the company name online before going: a real business has a trace (website, reviews, other employees, an official address).
  • A salary that is far above the market rate for the position and the city is a red flag — be extra cautious.
