Key Responsibilities Professionally operate and ensure the safe upkeep of the company-owned Tutu or 3-wheeler vehicle. Ensure the timely and secure delivery of products to customers. Products must be loaded and unloaded as necessary. Perform daily vehicle inspections to identify and document any mechanical malfunctions or physical damage. Maintain the vehicle’s cleanliness and operational integrity at all times. Ensure precise documentation of delivery and trip records. Ensure all customer interactions are conducted with professionalism and deliver exceptional customer service. Adhere diligently to all road safety protocols as well as established company policies and procedures. Provide support for additional operational responsibilities as needed. Requirements Valid A class driving license, compliant with local regulations, is required to operate a three-wheeler or Tutu vehicle. Having prior experience operating a Tutu, tricycle, or comparable delivery vehicle is advantageous. Proficient in road safety regulations and familiar with routes within Lusaka. The ideal candidate must demonstrate responsibility, integrity, honesty, dependability, and punctuality in all aspects of their role. Effective interpersonal communication and a strong aptitude for customer service are essential. Safely manage and transport products with care and efficiency. Proficiency in vehicle maintenance is considered a valuable asset for this position. Location: Lusaka
