Nous recherchons pour le compte de l'un de nos clients, un Network & Hybrid Cloud Systems Administrator (H/F) pour renforcer son équipe technique. Ce poste est une opportunité de rejoindre un environnement dynamique où vous serez responsable de la disponibilité, de la sécurité et de la performance de l'infrastructure informatique.

Vous assurerez l'administration quotidienne des systèmes, la sécurisation des réseaux et participerez activement à des projets majeurs de virtualisation Hyper-V ainsi qu'à la transition vers un cloud hybride. Vos responsabilités incluront :

Virtualisation & Systèmes :

  • Administrer, optimiser et faire évoluer le cluster Hyper-V (haute disponibilité, réplication, allocation des ressources).

  • Gérer le parc de serveurs Windows et l'Active Directory (GPO, DNS/DHCP, sécurité des accès).

Réseau & Sécurité :

  • Configurer et maintenir les équipements réseau (switchs, routeurs, VLAN).

  • Administrer les pare-feu et assurer les connexions distantes sécurisées via VPN (site-à-site et utilisateurs mobiles).

Continuité d'activité (PRA/PCA) :

  • Superviser les stratégies de sauvegarde (par exemple, Veeam) et tester régulièrement les plans de reprise après sinistre.

Cloud & Hybridation :

  • Contribuer à l'intégration des services Microsoft Azure et à la synchronisation des environnements hybrides (Azure AD Connect / Entra ID).

Support et amélioration :

  • Résoudre les incidents de niveau 2/3 et contribuer aux projets de renforcement de la sécurité informatique.

Vous justifiez d'un niveau BAC+5 et d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste équivalent. Vous possédez une connaissance approfondie de Hyper-V, une solide expertise de Windows Server et de l'Active Directory / GPO, ainsi qu'une maîtrise des protocoles TCP/IP, VLAN et VPN.

Formation / Diplômes

  • Niveau d'expérience : Senior

  • Années d'expérience professionnelle : entre 5 et 8 ans

  • Niveau d'éducation minimum : Master
