Nous recherchons un Head Chef expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe. Vous serez responsable de la supervision complète des opérations de cuisine et de la qualité des aliments. Vous veillerez à l'application des recettes et à la cohérence de tous les plats. Vous serez également chargé de la gestion des stocks, du contrôle des coûts alimentaires et de la réduction du gaspillage.
Vous justifiez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience, dont 2 ans dans un rôle de leadership en tant que Head Chef. Une qualification ou un certificat en arts culinaires, hôtellerie ou domaine connexe est requis. Vous possédez de solides compétences opérationnelles et de leadership, ainsi qu'une parfaite maîtrise de l'anglais et du français.
Expérience :
Niveau : Senior. Années d'expérience : entre 5 et 8 ans.
