Nous recherchons un(e) superviseur(se) Food & Beverage pour rejoindre notre équipe au Lelesha Lodge. Vous serez responsable de l'accueil des clients, du traitement des demandes et de la résolution rapide des réclamations. Vous inspecterez les chambres et les espaces communs afin de garantir une qualité et un confort optimaux.
Vous assurerez le leadership de l'équipe en formant, guidant et gérant les employés du lodge (services d'entretien, F&B et équipes de soutien). Vous attribuerez les tâches quotidiennes et veillerez à la collaboration entre les différents départements.
En matière d'inventaire et d'administration, vous surveillerez les niveaux de stock pour les fournitures d'entretien, de cuisine et de bar. Vous assisterez la direction dans les rapports, les journaux et le contrôle des coûts.
Exigences du poste
Une expérience avérée dans un poste de supervision ou de réception en milieu hôtelier est requise. Vous possédez de solides compétences en leadership, en communication et en résolution de problèmes. Vous êtes passionné(e) par le service à la clientèle et vous maintenez des normes opérationnelles élevées.
