We are currently seeking a highly proficient, skilled, and seasoned Head of Performance and Reporting joining our team in Kampala on behalf of our esteemed client, Total Energies. We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team, where you will be responsible for a diverse range of critical tasks. Your primary duties will include managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives. Additionally, you will be tasked with analyzing performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing strategic solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as you will serve as a liaison between departments and senior leadership, fostering a cohesive and productive work environment. - Lead the strategic alignment initiatives and progress monitoring for RADAR projects. Collaborate with LEAN, Digital, and 3C coordinators to identify and implement the most suitable methodologies for enhancing organizational performance, while ensuring alignment across initiatives, eliminating redundancy, and fostering collaborative projects.
Assist with audits and translate findings into actionable performance enhancements. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience is necessary. A minimum of three years of professional experience in a related role is required. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are expected. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are crucial. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is a must. Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory requirements is preferred. Prior experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity is a plus. A Bachelor of Science with Honors degree in an engineering discipline relevant to industrial applications is required. With a minimum of five years of hands-on experience within the oil and gas sector, the ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of industry operations, challenges, and best practices. Demonstrates extensive expertise in performance optimization and efficiency enhancement. Accomplished in thriving within dynamic, rapidly changing environments, with a proven track record of adapting to evolving demands. Demonstrates exceptional capacity to collaborate effectively across diverse functional teams and departments.
