Ce poste implique la gestion des lots de travail de subventions, la facilitation des évaluations de capacités et la garantie de la conformité avec les normes de gestion financière. Le/la titulaire du poste coordonnera également avec divers intervenants afin d'améliorer la livraison des projets et contribuera aux initiatives de gestion des connaissances.
Le poste requiert de solides compétences en communication et en organisation pour gérer efficacement les relations avec les partenaires de mise en œuvre et assurer un reporting en temps opportun.

Licence ou Master dans un domaine pertinent, avec 4 ans d'expérience (pour une licence) ou 2 ans d'expérience (pour un master) dans un domaine pertinent. Une expérience dans les opérations de gestion de subventions est requise, ainsi qu'une connaissance du nexus humanitaire, développement et paix. Une expérience avec les Nations Unies, les bailleurs de fonds et les ONG est également exigée. La maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable.
