Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required, along with proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++. Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and at least three years of relevant work experience. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, version control systems (e.g., Git), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is essential. Additionally, knowledge of software development best practices, testing frameworks, and DevOps principles is highly desirable. Applicants must meet the following criteria: A recognized university must award a Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Education, Social Work, Counselling Psychology, Psychology, Sociology, Public Administration, Management, Development Studies, or Guidance and Counselling. A relevant undergraduate degree in Education, Social Sciences, Humanities, Social Work, Psychology, Management, or a closely related field is required. Must demonstrate prior experience in a leadership or management role. Professionals should possess a proven track record in student affairs, welfare services, university administration, counselling, education management, social development, or a comparable discipline. Experienced in higher education administration, with a strong understanding of student support systems and governance structures, ensuring effective management and guidance for institutional success. Participation in policy development, student leadership, counselling, disciplinary processes, institutional governance, or community engagement activities is advantageous. Experienced professionals are required for this role.
