An IT Support Technician L1 (On-site) position is available as a full-time role (FTE), requiring availability for two days per week. Key duties include providing comprehensive technical assistance for desktop and laptop systems, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues. The technician will manage iMac activities (Install, Move, Add, Change) and resolve break/fix incidents for end-user devices. Responsibilities extend to overseeing the full lifecycle of desktop devices, from configuration and patching to OS imaging and vendor-coordinated hardware replacements. Support will be delivered using tools such as SCCM, Intune, and ServiceNow for asset tracking, ticket resolution, and remote assistance. Additionally, the role involves administering approved software installations, updates, and security patches in alignment with IT policies. The technician will deliver both remote and desk side support using EUC tools, assisting with applications like MS Office, Outlook, and VPN clients.
