Contrôler les mouvements de véhicules pour assurer des interventions d'urgence appropriées.
Répondre à tous les besoins des clients pour leur satisfaction.
Effectuer l'appel nominal en temps voulu pour les équipes d'intervention d'urgence afin de confirmer leur disponibilité opérationnelle.
Établir des rapports quotidiens sur les activations d'alarmes et les alarmes défectueuses, et assurer le suivi avec le département technique pour leur résolution.
Initier la récupération rapide de tous les véhicules perdus ou volés.
