NRC is seeking a Global Risk & Compliance Advisor to provide expert advice on risk management and compliance across its operations. The role involves supporting management teams in identifying and managing risks, advising on high-risk issues, and ensuring compliance with internal controls. The advisor will also facilitate training and capacity building for staff, contribute to policy development, and maintain effective risk management practices. This position requires strong risk expertise and a collaborative approach within a global team. 5 years of relevant experience in R&C or humanitarian sector Documented results related to responsibilities Fluency in English, both written and verbal Knowledge of international regulatory context for INGOs University degree in relevant field (risk management, compliance, etc.) Fluency in French is a plus Knowledge of regulatory context in NRC operational regions Experience with information management systems is an asset
