The Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) is seeking a Research Associate for its Analytics and Implementation Research team. This role involves conducting epidemiological analysis, modeling program impact, and evaluating ongoing health interventions. The ideal candidate will apply quantitative methods to support program decision-making and collaborate with country teams and government partners. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence resource allocation for high-impact health programs in challenging contexts. Postgraduate degree in epidemiology, economics, or related field 3+ years of experience in global health or development Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills Proficiency in data management and statistical analysis software (Stata, R, SAS) Experience in cost-effectiveness modeling and evaluation design Strong communication skills for presenting findings Fluency in English Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
