The Research Associate for Analytics and Implementation Research at CHAI will leverage public health experience and analytical skills to conduct epidemiological analysis and model program impact. This role involves developing cost-effectiveness analyses, conducting rigorous evaluations, and applying quantitative methods to identify priority programs. The position offers a unique opportunity to influence resource allocation for high-impact health interventions in challenging contexts. Candidates must be able to work across diverse health programs and collaborate with various stakeholders. Postgraduate degree in epidemiology, economics, or related quantitative discipline 3+ years of experience in global health or development challenges Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills Excellent data management and statistical analysis skills Experience in cost-effectiveness modeling and evaluation design Strong understanding of LMIC health systems Strong communication skills Fluency in English Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
