UNICEF is seeking national consultants for Social and Behavioral Change (SBC) to support the Global Polio Eradication Initiative (GPEI) in Niger. The consultants will assist in identifying, planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating SBC interventions to enhance community engagement in vaccination efforts. This role involves working closely with health teams and community leaders to promote vaccination and address barriers to immunization. The position is part of a long-term agreement covering multiple regions over three years. Bachelor's degree in relevant fields At least 2 years of experience in SBC interventions Experience in vaccination or polio eradication is a plus Fluency in French Knowledge of at least 2 local languages Strong interpersonal communication skills Understanding of monitoring and evaluation principles Familiarity with Niger's health system Ability to analyze socio-behavioral data
