Résumé du poste : Le personnel des dossiers médicaux gérera les informations des patients et les dossiers médicaux pour garantir une documentation précise, sécurisée, accessible et confidentielle.

Responsabilités clés :

  • Enregistrer les patients et créer et maintenir des dossiers médicaux précis.

  • Récupérer, classer, mettre à jour et archiver les dossiers des patients.

  • S'assurer que les informations des patients sont complètes et correctement documentées.

  • Maintenir la confidentialité et la sécurité des informations médicales.

  • Saisir les données des patients dans les systèmes de dossiers électroniques ou manuels.

  • Préparer des rapports et des statistiques selon les besoins.

  • Aider le personnel de santé à accéder aux informations des patients.

  • Assurer un stockage et une conservation appropriés des dossiers médicaux conformément aux politiques applicables.

Exigences :

  • Certificat ou diplôme en gestion des informations de santé et des dossiers ou dans un domaine connexe.

  • Enregistrement professionnel pertinent le cas échéant.

  • Maîtrise de l'informatique et capacité à travailler avec des systèmes de dossiers médicaux électroniques.

  • Bonnes compétences en organisation, communication et gestion des données.

  • Niveau élevé de confidentialité et souci du détail.
