G4S Security Services Uganda Limited recrute un Accountant pour renforcer son équipe financière en Ouganda. Ce poste à temps plein, basé dans le reste de l'Ouganda, est essentiel pour garantir l'exactitude, l'exhaustivité et le traitement en temps voulu des transactions financières de l'entreprise.

En tant qu'Accountant, vous serez responsable de la gestion quotidienne de la comptabilité générale, de la conformité fiscale, de la prévision des flux de trésorerie et des rapprochements fournisseurs, tout en soutenant les contrôles internes et la gestion des stocks.

Responsabilités clés :

Traitement financier et tenue de la comptabilité générale :

  • Traiter tous les paiements en veillant à ce qu'ils soient appuyés par une documentation complète et précise.
  • Saisir avec précision les écritures de grand livre, y compris les bordereaux de journal (JV) et les livres de caisse (CB).
  • Maintenir un calendrier de paiements anticipés à jour pour garantir des amortissements mensuels précis et en temps voulu.
  • Rapprocher tous les comptes de grand livre alloués au bilan de vérification (TB) pour maintenir l'intégrité des données.
  • Exécuter la réévaluation mensuelle des comptes en devises sur la base des taux de change en vigueur.

Gestion des fournisseurs et des comptes créditeurs :

  • Maintenir un grand livre fournisseurs à jour pour garantir des soldes de comptes précis.
  • Rapprocher tous les comptes fournisseurs avec le grand livre auxiliaire des créditeurs afin de résoudre les écarts.
  • Effectuer le rapprochement mensuel de tous les contrats d'assurance d'entreprise.
  • Gérer et mettre à jour le calendrier d'indemnisation des accidents du travail pour la conformité et la préparation aux audits.

Gestion de la trésorerie et conformité fiscale :

  • Préparer les prévisions mensuelles de flux de trésorerie pour optimiser la gestion du fonds de roulement.
  • Gérer le dépôt mensuel des impôts, en mettant l'accent sur les obligations de retenue à la source (WHT) en Ouganda.
  • Gérer la fiscalisation de toutes les factures de services importés conformément à la réglementation fiscale locale.

Soutien interentreprises et opérationnel :

  • Effectuer le rapprochement mensuel de toutes les factures et soldes interentreprises.
  • Soutenir les activités de gestion des magasins, en aidant aux contrôles des stocks, aux comptages et à l'analyse des écarts.

Exigences et qualifications clés :

  • Formation : Diplôme de licence en comptabilité, finance ou domaine connexe.
  • Qualification professionnelle : Progression vers ou achèvement de l'ACCA ou du CPA Ouganda est hautement souhaitable.
  • Expérience : Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience comptable progressive, idéalement dans un secteur multinational ou dans un environnement logistique/sécurité dynamique.
  • Compétences : Maîtrise de SAGE EVO est un atout supplémentaire et une connaissance avancée d'Excel est OBLIGATOIRE. Solide compréhension des lois fiscales de l'Uganda Revenue Authority (URA).
