En tant que Customer Care Centre Officer, vous serez responsable de :
Gérer et résoudre les demandes et plaintes des clients sur les canaux Email et Réseaux sociaux avec professionnalisme et efficacité.
Gérer les enquêtes (niveaux 1 et 2) conformément aux protocoles établis et fournir un service de haute qualité dans le respect des normes de service convenues, tout en atteignant les objectifs de performance et en maintenant la conformité aux exigences de risque, réglementaires et opérationnelles.
Documenter toutes les interactions avec précision et escalader les problèmes complexes de manière appropriée.
Qualifications : Diplôme de premier cycle.
1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de service client et de vente, de préférence dans une institution financière.
Expérience démontrée dans la gestion des interactions clients, la résolution de demandes et la fourniture d'un service d'excellence.
Familiarité avec les systèmes et processus de gestion de la relation client.
