Sales Agent – Sales & Marketing Hillview Blossoms Limited – Lusaka Sales Outlet Role Purpose The Sales Agent, within the Sales & Marketing Division and reporting to the Team Leader at the Lusaka outlet, is responsible for driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, supporting marketing activities, and coordinating with Farm Operations. The role contributes to revenue growth, brand visibility, and the consistent delivery of premium cut-flower standards. Key Responsibilities Shop Operations
- Carry out daily sales and marketing operations efficiently while maintaining cleanliness, product quality, vase life, and company standards.
- Manage stock levels, coordinate replenishment with Farm Operations, and maintain fresh, attractive product displays.
- Follow established opening, closing, cash-handling, and standard operating procedures.
- Respond to customer telephone enquiries courteously and professionally to support sales and customer satisfaction. Teamwork and Coordination
- Support the Team Leader and Director in guiding staff to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Work collaboratively with the Sales and Marketing Team, Logistics, Packing, and Farm Operations teams. Sales Growth and Customer Care
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high service standards in all customer interactions.
- Promote premium flowers and seasonal specials through effective upselling and cross-selling.
- Support the Director and Team Leader in building relationships with walk-in, corporate, premier, supermarket, event, hotel, and florist customers.
- Coordinate orders for key accounts, ensuring timely fulfilment and premium service.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly, professionally, and in line with company standards. Marketing and Brand Visibility
