REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: CONDUCTING A MID-TERM EVALUATION OF THE ZAMBIA PARTNERSHIP COMPACT ( [Click the Apply button below to apply, and Create my CV to build a CV tailored to this offer, professionally] ) Purpose of this Addendum Save the Children International (SCI) Zambia hereby releases Addendum No. 1 to address an inconsistency in the tender documentation and to furnish a unified response to all clarification requests submitted during the tendering phase. This Addendum is an integral component of the solicitation materials and applies uniformly to all potential bidders. All provisions outlined in the RFP and Terms of Reference, excluding those explicitly amended or clarified herein, remain in full force and effect. Bid Submission and Tender Integrity The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all bid submissions and tender documents. This includes verifying that all required documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted within specified deadlines. Additionally, the role requires maintaining the integrity of tender processes, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and regulatory requirements. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to transparency are essential for this position.
- All proposals should adhere to the submission guidelines outlined in the RFP and must be submitted by the revised deadline specified above.
- Any bids already submitted may remain sealed and shall not be opened prior to the revised tender closing time. If the solicitation provisions allow a bidder to submit a revised bid before the closing date, only the final valid submission shall be evaluated in accordance with the tender instructions.
Under this Addendum, clarifications are provided to all prospective bidders to guarantee uniform access to the same procurement-related information. Acknowledgement Bidders must incorporate Addendum / Clarification No. 1 into their proposal preparations. Unless specified otherwise in the tender instructions, submitting a separate acknowledgement is not necessary. Issued by: Professional Supply Chain and Procurement Team members will collaborate to optimize the procurement process from initiation to fulfillment. Responsibilities include sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, tracking inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. Essential requirements encompass a minimum of three years’ experience in supply chain management or procurement, familiarity with ERP systems, and strong analytical and negotiation skills.
