National Consultancy for Marine Spatial Modeling to Identify Large Marine Seascape (LMS) in the Northern Madagascar
L'Union Internationale pour la Conservation de la Nature (IUCN) lance un appel d'offres pour une consultation nationale visant à identifier, caractériser et prioriser les zones marines à fort potentiel pour établir un Large Marine Seascape (LMS) dans l'écorégion du Nord de Madagascar, dans le but d'assurer la gestion intégrée et durable des ressources côtières et marines.

Cette consultation s'inscrit dans le cadre du projet ReSea (référence P04216.03 / 07), activité : soutien stratégique aux LMMAs, AMP, seascapes et autorités locales pour améliorer les cadres de gouvernance pertinents. Le projet est financé par le donateur référence P04216.
**

Le consultant aura pour mission de :
- Identifier, caractériser et prioriser les zones marines à fort potentiel pour établir un Large Marine Seascape (LMS) dans l'écorégion du Nord de Madagascar.
- Assurer une gestion intégrée et durable des ressources côtières et marines.**

Les critères d'évaluation technique sont les suivants :
- Formation académique en océanographie, biologie marine ou domaine similaire (30%).
- Approche de modélisation : modélisation spatiale multi-critères et analyse (50%). Le consultant devra démontrer une expertise dans les cadres d'analyse spatiale, par exemple : combinaison linéaire pondérée, combinaison linéaire ordonnée pondérée, moyenne ordonnée pondérée, et logique floue.
- Contribution à un exercice de cartographie des habitats marins au niveau national ou régional (20%). Le consultant devra fournir des références de projets de cartographie par télédétection et des évaluations d'écosystèmes côtiers et marins.
