En tant que Senior WASH Manager, vous dirigerez le développement stratégique, la mise en œuvre, le suivi et l'assurance qualité des programmes WASH, en veillant à leur alignement avec les priorités organisationnelles, gouvernementales et des bailleurs de fonds. Vous renforcerez l'efficacité des programmes grâce à une prise de décision fondée sur les données, un soutien technique, le renforcement des capacités, l'innovation, la mobilisation des ressources et des partenariats stratégiques. Vous représenterez également l'organisation dans les réseaux WASH et collaborerez avec les agences gouvernementales, les ONG, les bailleurs, les universités et d'autres partenaires pour promouvoir un accès durable à l'eau potable, à l'assainissement et à l'hygiène.
Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master en hydraulique, hydrogéologie, génie civil, génie sanitaire ou dans une discipline connexe. Vous justifiez d'au moins 5 à 10 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans un programme ou projet WASH. Vous êtes fortement engagé(e) envers la mission, la vision et les valeurs fondamentales de l'organisation.
Vous possédez de bonnes compétences en communication en anglais (écrit et oral) et en relations interpersonnelles. Vous avez une très bonne capacité d'adaptation en milieu rural et faites preuve d'empathie envers les enfants. Vous avez une très bonne connaissance des lois, directives et programmes en matière d'eau, d'hygiène et d'assainissement du gouvernement du Niger. Vous avez d'excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et la capacité de nouer des relations au sein d'une équipe. Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais. Vous avez de solides compétences en Microsoft Office, en IA (Copilot, Claude, etc.) ou dans des logiciels similaires de base de données, de messagerie et Internet.
