Responsabilités :
Stimuler les ventes en fixant des objectifs, en développant des stratégies de vente et en les mettant en œuvre pour atteindre et dépasser les objectifs mensuels. Fournir des informations précises et à jour aux clients concernant nos produits, les prix, les options de livraison et les services après-vente. Surveiller les tendances du marché et les activités des concurrents pour identifier les opportunités commerciales potentielles.
Exigences :
Licence ou HND dans un domaine connexe. Maîtrise de l'outil informatique. Résider à Asaba. Expérience avérée dans la vente, de préférence dans une entreprise FMCG. Solides compétences en leadership et capacité à gérer efficacement une équipe. Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale. Capacité à établir et à maintenir des relations durables avec les clients. Esprit orienté vers les objectifs et personnalité motivée. Automotivé et axé sur les résultats avec une forte éthique de travail. Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe. Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office. Capacité à conquérir votre territoire et au-delà, ainsi qu'à introduire de nouveaux produits sur le marché. Capacité à acquérir de nouveaux clients et à maintenir les clients existants. Capacité à commercialiser de nouveaux produits. Capacité à découvrir de nouveaux marchés et tendances du marché.
