Software Developer / IT Specialist
Alpha Step Links is a fast-growing global travel and aviation group with active operations across Nigeria, the UK, Canada, and the UAE. We specialize in flight ticketing, corporate travel management, aviation training, and educational tours. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a skilled and solutions-driven software developer / IT infrastructure specialist to join our dynamic team based in Lagos Mainland.

Remuneration: NGN 200,000 – 250,000 Monthly
Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and improve the company’s websites, software applications, and digital platforms.
Build and maintain reliable, secure, and scalable software solutions.
Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and hardware.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related problems.
Manage software installations, updates, user access, and system configurations.
Maintain data security, system backups, and basic cybersecurity practices.
Support the integration and maintenance of third-party systems and digital tools.
Identify opportunities to improve the company’s technology infrastructure and operational efficiency.
Maintain proper documentation of systems, configurations, and IT processes.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in software development, IT infrastructure, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of software development and programming.
Experience with web development, databases, APIs, and system integration.
Good understanding of networking, servers, operating systems, and IT infrastructure.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
Knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, and system backup practices.
Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical projects.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Experience in travel, aviation, education, or booking technology is an added advantage.
Must reside within Lagos Mainland (strict requirement).
