The successful candidate will be customer-focused, organised, and able to perform accurately in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the switchboard, handle incoming calls, transfer calls appropriately, and relay messages Receive, verify, capture, and refund cash and electronic payments Match invoices with payments and manage COD accounts Maintain and balance cash float, process bank deposits and transfers Prepare and maintain daily cash and card sheets Manage monthly waybills Perform general filing and administrative duties Reporting Line Reporting directly to the Branch Manager Minimum Requirements Matric Minimum 2 years’ cashier experience Previous administrative experience Switchboard experience (advantageous) SAP knowledge (advantageous) Bilingual (advantageous) Skills and Knowledge Strong numerical and figure-orientated ability High attention to detail and accuracy Strong data capturing skills Ability to alphabetise and maintain structured filing systems Excellent customer service skills Key Competencies Self-control and stress tolerance Strong planning and multitasking ability Flexibility and dependability Ability to work effectively under pressure A-Player Attributes Takes ownership and accountability Efficient, effective, and well organised Strong problem-solving skills Driven and reliable team player Remuneration Package: Basic salary of R10 000 – R12 000.
