The IFC is seeking a Regional PPP Manager to lead its advisory business across North, West, and Central Africa. This role involves developing and implementing PPP transaction advisory strategies, managing a diverse team, and engaging with various stakeholders including governments and investors. The manager will also oversee the quality of transaction outputs and ensure financial and operational risk management. The position is based in Cairo, Dakar, Abidjan, or Rabat and requires significant experience in infrastructure and PPP transactions. Master's degree in finance, business, law, public policy, or consulting Minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience Significant infrastructure and PPP transaction advisory experience in Africa Experience structuring innovative solutions to mobilize private capital Proven ability to lead large, multicultural teams Strong people management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Fluency in English and French
