KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Champion and facilitate comprehensive reviews of business requirements across diverse functional teams, guaranteeing their completeness, precision, and testability. Collaborates with the project team to establish and develop a comprehensive test strategy and test plan, while also organizing test schedules and strategies. Identifies necessary test resources, assesses the required test effort in alignment with project scope or delivery timelines, and ensures adherence to the defined test strategy. Develop, document, and sustain functional and non-functional test cases, test scripts, and other essential test artifacts—including test data, data validation, harness scripts, and automated test scripts—to ensure comprehensive coverage and accuracy. Collaborates effectively with business units and project teams to implement and verify test cases in alignment with business requirements, ensuring full traceability from test cases to those requirements. In partnership with GEA and other key stakeholders, refine the SEA processes, implement appropriate tools, and establish reusable templates aligned with the adoption and advancement of the SEA Framework. Define the test process by identifying necessary test activities and deliverables, performing a Test Readiness Assessment, establishing test environments, and ensuring these environments are accessible for all scheduled white box and black box testing efforts. Offer technical assistance for Co Banking application (T24) issues, manage user profiles, and document all modifications in alignment with business team requests and the DOE change management process. Prepare and disseminate test results on a recurring basis, then analyze them to identify defects, bugs, errors, configuration discrepancies, and interoperability challenges. Document these findings and compile comprehensive test acceptance reports for projects and software modifications. Additionally, verify that User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environments remain fully operational and accessible to support seamless testing processes. Collaborates with business units to conduct post-deployment sanity checks and regression testing, as well as post-implementation reviews within the designated timeframe, ensuring the deployed solution aligns with business requirements. Plays a key role in developing and executing software process improvement policies and strategies for the IT division. DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, coordinate, and facilitate comprehensive business requirement reviews with cross-functional teams, ensuring that requirements are thorough, accurate, and verifiable. Develop, document, and uphold functional and non-functional test cases, test scripts, and related test artifacts, including test data, data validation, harness scripts, and automated scripts. Deliver technical assistance for Co Banking application (T24), including user profile administration and comprehensive change tracking as directed by the business team. Compile and communicate the status of all T24 system modifications to the IT Service Delivery Manager, while maintaining peak operational readiness of UAT environments. Periodically, you will prepare, distribute, and evaluate test results, documenting any defects, bugs, errors, configuration challenges, and interoperability concerns. Additionally, you will generate test acceptance reports to support project milestones and software modifications. Assessing application release deliverables for compliance with established quality benchmarks and promptly flagging any discrepancies to facilitate resolution and ensure commitments are fulfilled.
