Job Summary Deliver expert guidance and assistance for routine operations to ensure the successful attainment of established goals in alignment with approved standard operating procedures (SOPs). Job Description Introduce prospective clients to the comprehensive range of ABSA Bank’s product offerings, ensuring they fully understand the unique benefits and features tailored to their financial needs. To verify that customers provide all necessary documentation in accordance with the product specifications.
- Verifying the accuracy and completeness of all customer documentation and ensuring all required paperwork is finalized. Forward customer applications to the sales manager for preliminary review prior to final submission.
Formation / Diplômes
- Safeguard all customer documents entrusted to your care while maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information. Provide customers with updates on the status of their applications.
- Gather competitive and market intelligence in the field and share these insights with LG Leadership to enhance our product offerings. Customers should understand the various communication channels available for submitting feedback or complaints to the bank.
