Job Purpose Operate production equipment and support the manufacturing process by ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards. Missions / Responsibilities / Activities
Operate production machines and equipment. Monitor product quality and report defects. Follow production schedules and work instructions. Maintain cleanliness of the work area. Report machine faults to the supervisor. Comply with all health and safety procedures. Achieve daily production targets. Job Requirements Minimum BEPC, CAP, Probatoire, Baccalauréat, or equivalent. Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage. Ability to work in shifts. Physically fit and able to work in a factory environment. Reliable, disciplined, and a good team player.
