Company: Nextzon Business Services Limited Location: Nigeria State: Lagos Jobs Job type: Full-Time Job category: Administrative/Secretarial Jobs in Nigeria Nextzon Business Services Limited – Our client, NextAutomate APA Limited (NAPAL), a licensed Accredited Pension Agent (APA) committed to expanding pension inclusion through innovation, operational excellence, and customer-focused service delivery, is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below: Job Title: Head, Field Operations – APA Location: Lekki, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, results-driven, and execution-focused Head, Field Operations to lead and scale our nationwide field operations Responsibilities Reporting to the General Manager, APA, you will provide strategic leadership for all field operations, driving Retirement Savings Account (RSA) acquisition, retail market expansion, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. You will oversee nationwide field teams, strengthen stakeholder relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver sustainable business growth through effective field execution. Requirements The ideal candidate should possess: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related discipline (MBA/Master’s degree is an advantage). 8–10 years’ progressive experience in field operations, sales management, business development, pensions, banking, insurance, fintech, FMCG, or a related industry. At least 5 years’ experience leading large, geographically dispersed field teams. A proven track record of delivering business growth, driving retail market expansion, improving operational performance, and achieving ambitious sales targets. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, customer relationship management, operational planning, and performance management skills. An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive innovation, optimise field productivity, and deliver measurable business results. Knowledge of the Nigerian pension industry and PenCom regulatory requirements will be an added advantage. Why Join NAPAL?
