Ensure that management remains apprised of the latest developments, emerging trends, and proven best practices within the field of healthcare informatics.
Maintain rigorous compliance with data privacy regulations and safeguard patient confidentiality at all times. Provide assistance in the execution of medical coding and clinical standards, such as ICD-10/11, CPT, SNOWED, and other applicable frameworks. Serve as a pivotal intermediary between Smart and essential stakeholders across the clinical data and healthcare ecosystem. Analyze existing healthcare data to extract valuable insights and detect emerging trends within the industry. Work collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners to enhance clinical data processes and optimize system performance. Holds a relevant academic degree and possesses the necessary professional credentials to fulfill the role effectively. Demonstrates a strong foundation in the field through formal education and specialized training. Meets all specified qualification requirements essential for the position. The preferred applicant must possess the following qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Health Records and Information Management, Health Informatics, Health Information Management Systems, Nursing, or a closely related field is required. Professional registration with the appropriate regulatory or professional authority is required.
