JOB SUMMARY Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, team leadership, and operational execution to drive organizational success. Provide assistance to agricultural collectives and community-driven farming programs. Promote the conservation of soil, water, and other vital natural resources. Facilitate the implementation and adoption of enhanced agricultural technologies and methodologies to drive productivity and sustainability. Perform on-site assessments and deliver expert technical support to agricultural producers. Proactively assess agricultural obstacles and propose actionable, efficient solutions to address them.
