Health & Safety Compliance Ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHS Act) and company policies Implement and monitor site-specific Health & Safety Plans Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments Ensure all safety files are up to date and compliant ? Site Monitoring & Control Enforce the use of PPE (helmets, harnesses, gloves, etc.) Monitor high-risk activities (working at heights, glass installation, lifting operations) Stop unsafe work practices immediately ? Incident Management Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses Compile and submit detailed incident reports Implement corrective and preventative measures ? Training & Inductions Conduct site safety inductions for employees and subcontractors Provide toolbox talks and ongoing safety training Ensure all workers are competent and certified for their tasks ? Documentation & Reporting Maintain safety registers, checklists, and compliance records Ensure subcontractor compliance (medicals, PPE, legal documents) Submit weekly/monthly safety reports to management ?
