Akor soft is recruiting a Consultant Urologist / Urological, Laparoscopic & Robotic Surgeon for a full-time position based in Rest of Nigeria (Nationwide), with specific locations in Abuja and Lagos. This role falls under the Health & Safety sector and requires a senior-level professional with at least 5 years of experience. The working hours are full-time, from 8 AM to 5 PM, and the language requirement is English.

Responsibilities
Surgical Execution: Perform high-volume urological, laparoscopic, and robotic surgeries, including prostate procedures (HoLEP, TUIP, RARP, LRP).
Endourological Procedures: Conduct specialized endourological interventions such as PCNL, Mini-PCNL, RIRS/FURS, TURBT, and urethrocystoscopy.
Patient Care: Manage inpatient surgical care and outpatient clinic appointments using advanced diagnostic and clinical techniques.
Advanced Training: Participate actively in local and international training programs to master cutting-edge minimally invasive technologies.
Quality Assurance: Maintain exceptional clinical standards, patient safety protocols, and long-term commitment to urological advancement in Nigeria.Requirements
Foundational endourology competence.
Minimum urethrocystoscopy proficiency.
Basic and advanced endourological procedure skills.
Highly clinical, disciplined, and hardworking.
Strong interest in minimally invasive surgical training.
Strong drive for advanced surgical training and professional growth.
