In the capacity of a Dual Operator, you will play a pivotal role in both fulfillment and flight operations, ensuring the secure, precise, and timely delivery of medical, blood, and animal health supplies. This position is structured to cultivate operational versatility by equipping you with cross-functional training in warehouse logistics and drone launch and recovery processes. Through the Lipline Academy, you will undergo comprehensive instruction to execute core warehouse duties as well as flight-related tasks. Ideal for detail-oriented, safety-conscious individuals, this hands-on role demands a commitment to maintaining high operational standards in a fast-paced setting. Your responsibilities will encompass a blend of fulfillment and warehouse duties, flight operations support, and cross-functional collaboration. In fulfillment and warehouse operations, you will receive, inspect, and store products while adhering to stringent quality and temperature protocols. You will be responsible for picking, packing, labeling, and verifying orders to ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality benchmarks.
