Our client is a senior international executive relocating to Nairobi to establish a new operation and is seeking a highly organised and dependable Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day executive and operational support. The role will manage the CEO’s diary, travel, correspondence, stakeholder coordination, and practical logistics while supporting the establishment of the new office. This is a hands-on opportunity for a proactive professional who is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, correspondence, and day-to-day schedule.
Coordinate local and international travel, accommodation, visas, transport, and detailed itineraries.
Support the establishment and smooth running of the new office, including equipment, supplies, and administrative requirements.
Coordinate meetings with local and international stakeholders, prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items.
