About the Role
The Data Analyst is responsible for transforming complex enterprise datasets into actionable business insights, interactive dashboards, and executive reporting solutions. Leveraging advanced Power BI capabilities, SQL, and data visualization best practices, the role holder will partner with tribe members and business stakeholders to interpret trends, monitor operational performance, and support data-driven decision-making across the Group.
As a key member of Phase 2 of our tribe’s expansion, you will work closely with Big Data Engineers and Product Owners to turn our processed data assets into intuitive, high-impact business intelligence dashboards, enabling continuous visibility across our digital platforms and business units.
Key Responsibilities
Power BI & Business Intelligence Development
Design, build, and maintain interactive, high-performing Power BI dashboards, reports, and executive scorecards tailored to business requirements. Develop advanced DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) formulas, measures, and calculated columns for complex business calculations and time-intelligence analysis. Perform robust data modeling in Power BI using Star/Snowflake schema patterns, managing relationships, security roles (Row-Level Security – RLS), and performance optimization. Manage and administer Power BI Workspaces, app publishing, scheduled data refreshes, and gateway configurations.
Data Exploration, Querying & Analysis
Extract, query, and analyze large datasets from relational databases, data warehouses, and data lakes using advanced SQL scripts. Perform ad-hoc data analysis to uncover underlying trends, patterns, anomalies, and operational insights to support strategic business decisions. Cleanse, blend, and reshape data from multiple disparate sources using Power Query (M Language) and SQL before model consumption.
Scalability, Performance & Monitoring
Optimize data processing workflows for enterprise scalability, performance, and fault tolerance. Implement parallel processing, distributed computing, and caching mechanisms to handle massive data workloads. Develop monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to track the health, latency, performance, and availability of big data systems. Implement automated scaling, load balancing, and resource allocation mechanisms to optimize cluster utilization.
Data Quality & Reporting Governance
Validate data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across BI reports by conducting thorough reconciliation against source systems. Implement reporting standards, consistent UI/UX design layouts, and brand-aligned dashboard templates across the organization. Ensure reporting practices strictly adhere to data governance policies, access controls, and customer privacy standards.
Stakeholder Engagement & Technical Governance
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Squad Leads to gather, translate, and refine business reporting requirements into functional technical specs. Translate complex data analytics into clear, compelling narratives and visual presentations for non-technical leadership and operational teams. Document data definitions, KPI calculations, reporting models, and user guides for self-service analytics adoption.
Principal Outputs for this Role
Enterprise-grade interactive Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting tools deployed across business teams. Optimized Power BI data models built with proper DAX logic, star schemas, and efficient query folding. Automated daily/weekly/monthly dataset refreshes configured via enterprise gateways. Complex SQL scripts and views created for ad-hoc analysis, reporting tables, and data validation. Row-Level Security (RLS) frameworks established to ensure safe, role-based data access. Clear data lineage, KPI documentation, and BI user guides delivered. Identified operational bottlenecks, business growth drivers, and trend insights presented to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Technology, Business Intelligence, or a related quantitative field. PL-300 certification (Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate) is highly desirable and considered an added advantage. 3-6 years’ experience as a Data Analyst or BI Developer, preferably within banking, fintech, telecom, or digital financial services. Proven track record of designing end-to-end, high-adoption Power BI solutions for enterprise business units.

Power BI Mastery: Expert-level skills in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power Query (M), DAX, custom visuals, and performance tuning. Data Modeling & SQL: Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, joining, aggregation, and performance tuning, along with solid knowledge of dimensional modeling principles. Data Visualization & UX: Deep understanding of report design best practices, visual hierarchy, user interface principles, and storytelling with data. Analytical & Problem-Solving: High numerical aptitude with the ability to turn unstructured business questions into structured analytical workflows. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present insights clearly to cross-functional teams and executive leadership. Business Acumen: Understanding of key business and financial metrics (e.g., active users, conversion rates, customer lifetime value, transaction velocity).

About the Role
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of strategic digital transformation initiatives within the assigned tribe. Working within an Agile delivery model, the role will coordinate multiple cross-functional Scrum teams, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while maintaining alignment with business priorities and organizational strategy.
The Project Manager will partner closely with Product Owners, Tribe Leads, Architects, Software Engineers, QA teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to drive successful delivery of complex technology programmes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of strategic digital transformation projects within the assigned tribe. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and quality to ensure successful project outcomes. Coordinate cross-functional Agile teams, including Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, QA Engineers, and external vendors. Drive Agile project delivery by supporting sprint planning, release management, dependency management, and continuous improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, vendors, and executive sponsors, providing regular project updates and facilitating key governance forums. Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and resolution. Monitor project financials, vendor performance, and resource utilization to ensure efficient delivery and value realization. Ensure compliance with organizational governance, security, risk, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and performance metrics to support informed decision-making and executive oversight. Champion best practices in project management and Agile delivery, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement across project teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management or in a similar role within an agile environment. PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner. Agile Project Management certification. Scrum Master or Scrum Fundamentals certification.
Competencies
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product management principles. Strong understanding of the design thinking methodology and has demonstrated experience applying. Proven experience in creating user stories, managing product backlogs, and prioritizing work. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with product management tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Figma. Ability to translate business requirements into technical tasks.
