Les candidats doivent avoir terminé leur NYSC ou être titulaires d'une lettre d'exemption du NYSC.
Les candidats doivent être âgés de 26 ans et plus au moment de la candidature.
Lieu : Nationwide (Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kano, Abeokuta, Benin, Ilorin, Uyo, Enugu, Kaduna et Ibadan), Nigeria.
