Engineering/Technical ~ IT - Software Development ~ IT - Infrastructure Cape Town - Western Cape - South Africa ENVIRONMENT: A forward-thinking Investment Management Firm seeks a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Architect to take the lead on the implementation and optimisation of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM Pro, ITOM (Discovery), HRSD, APM, and SPM. You will guide technical engagements - ensuring the highest standards of solution design and delivery, while driving positive outcomes for clients. Applicants will require a minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow consulting with hands-on expertise in ITSM Pro, ITOM (Discovery), HRSD, APM (EA), and SPM including extensive experience in designing scalable ServiceNow architectures and complex system integrations. You also need to be skilled in resolving technical challenges while minimizing impact to end users & be familiar with at least one Investment Management application (e.g., Fund Accounting, CRM, Document Management, or EDM) is preferred. e.g. eFront, Intralinks, Simcorp Dimension. DUTIES: Architect and lead ServiceNow implementations. Stakeholder Collaboration. Solution Architecture. Customization and Development Leadership. Project Oversight. Technical Mentorship and Team Leadership. Complex Problem Resolution. Continuous Improvement. REQUIREMENTS: At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow consulting with hands-on expertise in ITSM Pro, ITOM (Discovery), HRSD, APM (EA), and SPM. Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations, balancing technical precision with business strategy. In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow integration strategies. Extensive experience in designing scalable ServiceNow architectures and complex system integrations. Familiarity with at least one Investment Management application (e.g., Fund Accounting, CRM, Document Management, or EDM) is preferred. e.g. eFront, Intralinks, Simcorp Dimension. Beneficial to have Holding certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and Certified System Administrator (CSA).
