This role involves addressing minor plumbing issues, including clearing clogged drains, plunging toilets, and fixing leaky faucets. Additionally, it includes performing general repairs such as securing loose toilet seats, replacing light bulbs, and patching wall damage. Responsibilities also encompass routine maintenance for tools and equipment, such as cleaning and lubrication. Compliance with all company policies, safety protocols, and security measures is required, along with reporting any maintenance concerns, hazards, accidents, or injuries, and completing mandatory safety training and certifications. Maintaining a professional appearance, safeguarding proprietary information, and protecting company assets are essential. The position entails providing courteous guest service, anticipating their needs, and offering assistance to individuals with disabilities in accordance with company standards. Clear and professional communication is expected, as is fostering positive working relationships, actively listening to employee concerns, and responding appropriately. Adherence to quality standards is a priority. Physical demands include reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Visual inspection of tools, equipment, and machinery is required. The ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds independently is necessary, while assisting with heavier items over 100 pounds (e.g., air conditioning units, televisions, furniture) may be required. Mobility across stairs, service ramps, and ladders is also necessary, as is the ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights. Other duties as assigned by supervisors may apply.
