HVAC Project Coordinator (CPT) Datafin R Undisclosed Permanent Senior position Cape Town Posted 19 Apr 2026 by Datafin Expires in 15 days Job 2636461 Save Apply Now About the position ENVIRONMENT: DEVELOP, co-ordinate, and manage the overall implementation of all HVAC projects as then next HVAC Project Coordinator wanted by a Leading Equipment Manufacturer to join its Cape Town team. You will participate in scoping for quoting, project and quality sign off, assist with stock identification & supervise and close out invoicing on completion of projects. Applicants will need Matric/Grade 12, at least 8 years’ experience in HVAC maintenance and projects and Project Management with strong field HSE and compliance ethic. You must have a valid Driver’s Licence and be willing to work overtime, weekends and be available for Standby duty. DUTIES: Scoping for quoting, project and quality sign off. Supervise and direct technical issues arising from field and dealing with technical escalations from maintenance, delegating solutions for swift resolution. Assist with stock identification – this is a daily task. Supervise and close out invoicing on completion of projects. REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 / Matric. Minimum of 8 experience in HVAC maintenance and projects and Project Management. Computer literate – must have all the MS skills to a proficient level. Willing to travel extensively if needed and not push back about overtime. Willing to jump in and assist directly on projects when required. Strong field HSE and compliance ethic. Rigid attention to detail. Be a leader – and command respect – which means demonstrable track record in successful team and personnel management. Working overtime and/or weekends and/or Standby will be required. Must be in possession of a valid Driver’s Licence.
