Responsabilités :
Effectuer la diligence raisonnable dans tous les greffes des tribunaux et autres départements gouvernementaux. Traiter les documents judiciaires. Capacité à mettre à jour les agendas des associés gérants et des départements. Capacité à préparer et à apporter des mises à jour judiciaires. Capacité à tenir tous les dossiers judiciaires à jour et accessibles. Assurer la liaison avec tous les greffes des tribunaux et les départements gouvernementaux. Rédiger des documents judiciaires, les dates d'audience/mentions, les invitations des parties et l'affidavit de signification. Veiller à ce que tous les documents juridiques soumis respectent la loi et les procédures judiciaires. Connaissances de base en rédaction d'actes de procédure.

Diplôme en droit ou dans tout domaine lié aux affaires. 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente. Maîtrise des applications informatiques. Bonne maîtrise de la langue anglaise et personnalité agréable. Un diplôme en droit serait un atout supplémentaire mais non essentiel. Un certificat valide de processeur de signification (Court Process Server Certificate) est OBLIGATOIRE.
