We oversee and facilitate the clearing, Central Cash, Posting, and Validation functions within the Bank’s operational framework. Process, validate, reconcile, and monitor clearing transactions, customer checks, electronic fund transfers, and internal entries in accordance with established bank procedures and regulatory mandates. Provide support to ensure the prompt settlement of inward and outward clearing transactions while performing daily account reconciliations and reviewing exceptions or irregular cases. Enhance process improvement, automation efforts, service delivery, and cost efficiency within the Clearing, Posting, and Validation domains. Responsibilities include identifying, escalating, and assisting in the resolution of operational risk, conduct, and compliance issues impacting the unit. Support internal teams, auditors, regulators, and bank representatives within the clearing house by fostering effective stakeholder engagement. For manager-level roles, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day leadership, overseeing operations, developing teams, and monitoring performance within the unit. We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record of relevant expertise and hands-on experience in the field.
