Responsabilités principales :
Installations électriques : installer, entretenir et réparer le câblage, les tableaux de distribution et les systèmes d'alimentation de secours (groupes électrogènes, onduleurs).
Systèmes de vidéosurveillance (CCTV) : déployer des caméras IP/analogiques, configurer le stockage NVR/DVR et assurer la couverture de surveillance périmétrique.
Contrôle d'accès : installer et entretenir les lecteurs biométriques, les systèmes à cartes/badges et les tourniquets pour une gestion sécurisée des entrées.
Systèmes d'alarme incendie : installer les détecteurs de fumée/chaleur, les points d'appel manuels et intégrer les panneaux d'alarme aux protocoles d'intervention d'urgence.
Maintenance préventive : effectuer des inspections programmées, des tests et l'étalonnage de tous les systèmes.
Dépannage : diagnostiquer les défauts à l'aide d'équipements de test et d'outils logiciels afin de minimiser les temps d'arrêt.
**Compétences et
**
Solides connaissances en câblage électrique, schémas et équilibrage de charge.
Maîtrise des outils de conception de vidéosurveillance, des réseaux IP et de la planification du stockage.
Familiarité avec Dormakaba, Dahua, Hikvision ou systèmes de contrôle d'accès équivalents.
Capacité à intégrer les systèmes d'alarme incendie aux systèmes de gestion du bâtiment.
Communication claire et compétences en matière de rapport pour les parties prenantes techniques et non techniques.
Qualifications :
Certificat de métier/Certificat de technicien ou Certificat avancé/Diplôme en génie électrique/technologie.
Adhésion à l'Institution d'ingénierie de Zambie (EIZ).
Expérience de 3 à 5 ans en installation et maintenance de systèmes électriques/de sécurité.
Le certificat OSHA Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)/Sécurité électrique sera un atout supplémentaire.
Une formation supplémentaire en conception de vidéosurveillance, installation d'alarme incendie ou intégration de contrôle d'accès est un avantage.
