These are your responsibilities Project Management & Strategic Alignment This role involves overseeing and coordinating project activities to ensure timely execution, adherence to scope, and alignment with organizational objectives. The position requires meticulous planning, proactive issue resolution, and seamless stakeholder communication to drive project success. Responsibilities include managing timelines, resources, and deliverables while maintaining rigorous quality standards and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Manage the planning, evaluation, and execution phases of significant construction initiatives, including hospitals, schools, and rehabilitation centers. • Must maintain active registration with the Engineering Institution of Zambia (LIZ) or another pertinent professional organization. Experience
• Demonstrated expertise gained through at least eight to ten years of progressively responsible roles in overseeing substantial construction initiatives. Demonstrated expertise in managing intricate infrastructure initiatives, including hospitals, institutional buildings, and public facilities. Highly desirable candidates will possess prior experience collaborating with NGOs, donor-funded initiatives, or public-sector construction projects.
• In-depth expertise in FDIC or comparable construction contract frameworks. Technical Competencies
• Comprehensive knowledge of structural, architectural, and MEP systems.
