The Project Specialist for the Information Chatbot will lead the pilot deployment of SAMI in Niger, ensuring effective implementation and user-centered information services. This role involves project management, coordination among various stakeholders, and adapting the chatbot to meet local needs. The specialist will oversee content management, stakeholder engagement, and performance tracking to ensure the chatbot provides reliable and updated information. The position requires collaboration with multiple teams and a focus on continuous improvement and sustainability of the chatbot initiative. Master's degree in relevant field 5+ years of relevant experience Experience in West Africa/Sahel Project management skills Strong communication and stakeholder engagement Experience with digital tools and chatbots User-centered design experience preferred Fluency in French, good English desired
