Diplome en gestion, cooperation, marketing, finance ou comptabilite. Maitrise de l'outil informatique et des applications. Connaissance approfondie des produits et services des societes cooperatives (Sacco). Connaissance de l'environnement operationnel. Au moins un an d'experience dans le domaine pertinent. Permis de conduire (classe A2 et C). Age : entre 22 et 30 ans.
Poste 2 : Assistant Principal Agent d'Assurance

Qualification : Licence, Bachelor, Diplome
Experience : 4 ans

Responsabilites :
Croissance et developpement des affaires. Activation des canaux de distribution et coordination de la vente croisee. Operations et administration de l'agence. Conformite reglementaire et gestion des risques. Relations avec les souscripteurs et les partenaires. Service a la clientele et soutien aux sinistres. Gestion de la performance de l'agence et rapports.
Qualifications minimales :
Licence en assurance, sciences actuarielles, commerce, marketing, finance ou domaine connexe. Certificat de competence en assurance. Maitrise de l'outil informatique et des applications. Diplome de l'Association des Instituts d'Assurance du Kenya (AIIK), progression vers ACII ou CII, ou adhesion a un organisme professionnel pertinent (atout). Au moins 4 ans d'experience en assurance, que ce soit en agence, en bancassurance ou en souscription, avec un minimum de 2 ans en developpement commercial ou en capacite de supervision, et un historique demontre de realisation des objectifs de production. Exposition au secteur des Sacco ou cooperatif et experience dans la mise en place ou le developpement d'une nouvelle agence ou ligne d'activite. Permis de conduire (classe C).
